What we collect
Information you give us in the checkup or in a chat with Teri (such as your name, phone, email, ZIP and answers), the consent you agree to (its exact wording, time, IP address and browser), and basic visit information such as the page you came from and campaign tags.
How we use it
To answer your questions, to connect you with licensed insurance professionals working with TruckLife/AskLily when you ask, to keep a record of your consent, and to improve the site. We do not sell your information to lists.
Teri conversations
Teri is an AI assistant. Messages are processed by an AI provider to generate replies and are stored so a licensed agent can follow up on what you asked and so we can review quality and compliance.
Opting out
Reply STOP to any text, use the unsubscribe link in any email, or tell Teri "stop" or "not interested." We will stop contacting you.
